Prof. Awuni Emmanuel

CEO & Co-Founder

Prof. Emmanuel Awuni KOLOG is an Associate Professor of Computer science (Data Science and Analytics) at the University of Ghana. He doubles as a director of FastROI Digital Solutions LTD in Ghana. Emmanuel holds a PhD and MSc in Computer science from the University of Eastern Finland. He additionally holds an MBA degree in International Business Management from the Lapland University of Applied Sciences in Finland. Dr. Awuni is the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II scholarship to McGill University in Canada. Dr. Awuni’s areas of expertise include the fields of Machine Learning Applications, Text-based Affect Detection using NLP, Learning Analytics, Digital platforms, and Business Analytics. He has provided capacity building and consulted for a number of organisations, including, Bank of Ghana, UNICEF-Ghana, UNESCO, Malawi education service, Ghana Health Service, The University of Ghana Business school, McGill University among others.

Saviour K. Lamadeku

CITO & CO-FOUNDER

Saviour K. Lamadeku is a highly skilled software developer with a diverse background in agriculture technology, finance, and education. With over 10 years of industry experience, Saviour has made significant contributions to the development and implementation of software solutions in these domains. In the field of agriculture technology, Saviour has been involved in the design and development of software applications for financial institutions. He has worked on projects related to trading platforms and risk management systems. He has built e-learning platforms, learning management systems, and educational games that facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences. Saviour’s work in this area has helped educators and students leverage technology to enhance the learning process and improve educational outcomes. He is proficient in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and tools and stays updated with the latest advancements in the software development industry. Saviour holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Ghana Business School. Isaac Mensah

Manager (ACTING)

Isaac Mensah is the acting manager of FastROI Digital Solutions. He holds a BSc in Business Administration (Business Information Technology option) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi – Ghana. He has a decade of experience in deploying technology solutions for private and public sector institutions. He has successfully led the deployment of solutions that have had traction in their sectors of deployment over the years. Business Process Automation (BPA), Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) and Digitization are his subjects of interest. He has a certificate in Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship from the University of Maryland, USA. Isaac is currently pursuing an MPhil in Management Information Systems at the University of Ghana.

Amos Ngoah

Full stack developer

Amos Ngoah is a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer with over 6 years of professional experience. With expertise in major application languages and frameworks, Amos has proven his ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic and demanding industry. Having worked at application developer roles within banks known for their digital dominance in Ghana, Amos has gained invaluable experience in developing innovative and robust software solutions. He has a deep understanding of the financial sector’s unique requirements, ensuring the delivery of secure, efficient, and user-friendly applications. In addition to his professional achievements, Amos has also made significant contributions as a teaching assistant. Leveraging his technical expertise and passion for knowledge-sharing, he has supported and mentored aspiring developers, helping them hone their skills and realize their potential. Amos holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

John Kolog

FULL STACK developer

John is a full-stack software developer. He has been active in software development for over a decade now. He is currently a part-time software developer with Fastroi digital solutions. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer science from Ghana.

Philemon Hini

Cyber security Engineer & Software developer

Mr Hini is a professional in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics who has worked closely with the Private/Public Sector Institutions, Multinational Corporations and Law Enforcement Agencies to unravel mysteries behind cyber-attacks as well as protect organisational digital assets. He has been involved in high-profile activities in cyber security, investigations and intelligence, and capacity-building programmes for the financial sector, mining, law enforcement and national security establishments. He is also a passionate software engineer and has led the development of several software applications to solve cybersecurity and investigative challenges. He has conducted several vulnerability assessments and penetration testing for both public and private sector institutions as well as provided support for risk assessment.

IlIyas Sinan

Accountant

Sinan Iliyas is a qualified accountant, qualified tax consultant and a tax educator. Mr. Sinan holds MPhil in Accounting and BSc. Administration (Accounting), both from the University of Ghana Business School. He is a Qualified member of Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA, Ghana), Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK), and Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT, Ghana). Mr. Sinan’s area of expertise includes Joint venture accounting, mergers and acquisitions, cost valuation, corporate taxation, and corporate strategy.

Andrew Asante

Data scientist

Andrew Asante holds M.Phil. in Management Information Systems from the University of Ghana and a BSc. Information Technology. He also holds B.A in Economics and Geography from the University of Ghana. His research interest spans the multidisciplinary area of Machine Learning Applications, Data Mining using Natural Language Processing techniques, Social Media Analytics and Business Process Modelling, Blockchain Application, and IoT. Andrew has a passion for teaching and learning. Prior to pursuing his master’s programme at the University of Ghana, he voluntary dedicated himself to teaching ICT in various public and private secondary schools in Ghana.

BARNABAS AWIN-ME SAMP

Full Stack Developer

Barnabas is a full stack developer at FastROI Digital Solutions LTD. He has over 5 years of experience in software development. He has a diploma in software development. He additionally hold a BSc in Nutrition from the University of Ghana. He has helped bring technology solutions to small and medium sized companies by providing websites, mobile apps and social media marketing strategies that have propelled them in the current technological age. He has served as web specialist and project lead for Fuel Cash Co. and also as the co-founder of Doomur LLC.

Oppong Amponsah-Kwatia

Mobile App developer

Oppong Amponsah-Kwatiah I hold a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Management Information Systems) from the University of Ghana and also a BSc. Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting Option) from University for Development Studies. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG). He has an interest in developing Mobile and Desktop Applications. He develops Mobile Applications with the use of Flutter and Dart Programming Language.

Henry Adjei Twum

Full Stack Developer

Experienced Full Stack Developer with over 5 years in user-friendly website, web app and single page web app development, and a recent Nucamp bootcamp graduate. Proficient in React and react native, NodeJS/Express, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Skilled in serverless architecture, Google Firebase deployment, and familiar with CMS frameworks like WordPress. Strong in both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Worked for several private and non-governmental organizations with a proven track record of on-time, within-budget project deliveries. Adept at utilizing Agile methodology, stack, and GitHub for collaboration. Holds an MBA in Management Information Systems and a bachelor’s in computer science and statistics all from UG. Adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills, passionate about creating intuitive user experiences. Enjoys soccer, volunteering, and sightseeing in spare time.
